Timber fence and plaster wall

We would like to install a timber post and paling fence above an existing masonry retaining wall on our road frontage. - Fence to have a pedestrian gate and integrated letter box. - No gate for the vehicle crossing. - Tounge and groove type palings with top rail. -150mm wide concrete strip at base of fence/top of wall. - Boundary length is 15.24m. We would also like the existing retaining wall repaired and plastered smooth with an appropriate durable exterior finish. We would like both the fence and wall to be painted. Palings to be pre-treated/painted before installation. Thanks, Alex
