Replace two brackets on carport supports

We recently had a builder replace a rotted roof beam on our car port but he said the metal brackets that support it are shot and need to be replaced. We need to have new brackets welded onto the top of the poles. There are three poles - the centre one is fine, it is the two outside ones that need work.
