3 steel frames made up @ 2m x 1m

Hi Welders/ Fabricators. I am wanting 3 steel frames made up as per sketch photo. Each out of sturdy 50 x 50mm box section at 2m high and 1m wide with a support in the center. Steel needs to be thick enough to support signage boards on windy days. Each frame will require 4 mounting brackets stepped back a little to hold frame off the wall slightly and at least 50mm wide so the frames can be bolted to a wall. Each frame will require 3 tracks to slide and rest an ACM material (signage board)...

Stainless steel 50mm vent needs cutting and Tig welding

We need a custom pipe modification: taking a standard 90-degree bend and opening it up to 110 degrees, including an extra extension. This requires TIG welding and possibly back-purging to ensure the internal bore is perfectly smooth and free of oxidation (no sugaring). Material is 316 Stainless. Thanks

Repair of aluminium pram frame

We are looking for some assistance with repairing a broken pram frame - see photos attached. The beam connecting the frame each side of the chair has broken away from the frame on one side at the welded connection. I think it's an aluminum frame. We are keen to see if we can get the connection re-welded, or look at feasibility of a custom sleeve bracket to bolt or screw the beam back to the frame. More secure metal mailbox

Our mailbox is a metal ox inset into a concrete / brick wall. There have been a number of mail thefts in our neighbourhood. Because the slot in our mailbox is wide enough to reach a hand through our mail is at risk of theft and we want to make our box more secure. This might be done by attaching a panel to narrow the mailbox slot, or replacing the front panel of the mailbox (it hinges at top and locks at bottom). But open to suggestions.
