Ute Canopy alteration

Hi there, I am looking for some help create/setup a sliding/removal canopy barrier for a Ute canopy. I often travel with equipment and dogs at the same time, and want to seperate the two from each other, ideally something which can be removed, open to options, but want to do this at a budget. I’ve attached a couple of photos for ideas, but am open to options! Thanks!
