Stair Handrail in Matapihi Shed

Handrails & Staircases Bayfair, Tauranga

We have a mezzanine office above a large shed and I am applying for retrospective Code Compliance and the stairs need a hand rail. One flight of 16 stairs then a landing and a 90 degree turn before a further 6 steps. The job needs to be signed off by a registered builder. I am keen to get it done ASAP so this week would be great if that is an option. No paint required.

I need a car turntable installed in an area of cobblestones. It will require a round pit 4.040m wide and 30cm deep. The turntable is 4meters wide. Then the Turntable will have to be assembled in the pit. Electricity will come from an adjacent meter board. I already own the Turntable. I prefer someone who will do the whole job but am amenable to having the pit constructed then arranging the installation and power.

Gate Repair #2

We have a modern metal gate which was installed when our home was built 4 years ago. The gate holes holding the hinge in place have become too large and likely requie welding to put the hinges back on to put the gate back in place. It is only a small gate 1.5m long.
