Need lifting plates welded into new road plates

We have bought 6x road plates which we need lifting plates welded into. 25mm thick steel. Welding spec attached. We require someone that is a certified welder. Happy to bring the plates to you on a flat deck or if you're mobile come to us in Takanini. We have a container shelter that you can work under if need be.

Bracing/support for ranch slider

We are planning to get double glazing done, and have been advised that due to the way the ranch slider framing is mounted, we'd potentially need to add bracing to compensate for the additional weight. House is concrete foundation with plastered/stucco cladding.
