need to modify 2 shipping containers 40 ft each

At present I have plans to buy 2 x 40 ft iso shipping containers. I have purchased 2 sets of architectural drawings 1 set to support and sit these 2 x 40 ft containers 1 level higher on two concrete walls. In between these 2 concrete walls will give me 2 small apartments with open plan living. The real jobs come from the 2 x40 containers being lifted up to give me another 2 apartments. Here big glass windows and steel staircases will be built. I plan to build a loft in 1 or 2 apartments in the 1st floor to give addition storage space or even a small loft bed. The wedge box concept in the 2nd set of drawings will hopefully be used. A long run of corrugated galvanised iron sheets will span the roof the these 2 containers in a slant of say 45 degrees at one end giving a high ceiling from 9 to 18 feet high. Part of this high ceiling is intented to be a loft for storage or a small loft bed. I have added 2 or more photos on how i can combined the Top wedge feature with the bottom loft box feature!
