Bens clothesline

Our rotating clothes line has a break in it, almost 360 degrees around, just below where the internal spinning pole sits. At present it has two U shaped bolt brackets bracing it together, but I’d like someone to come and weld it back together so we can remove the bolts and it can go back to rotating.
