Steel Angle Fabrication & Installation - 6m Electric Awning Mount (Wall-to-Wall)

I need a builder (and a welder/fabricator - can be same person or separate trades) to fabricate and install a structural steel mounting system for a 6m electric retractable awning on the eave of an outdoor hallway. A 6.2m length of 150×150×10mm steel angle gets welded up with gussets and end plates, then mounted wall-to-wall under the existing rafter tails. The existing fascia board goes back over the top so it looks the same as the rest of the house. The awning brackets bolt through the fascia and steel, and the awning hangs off those. I have detailed technical drawings and a full specification ready to share with applicants. I have attached pictures of the current area, and also renders of what we want to achieve.
