The emergency exit staircase at NZME House (corner of Dalton & Dickens Sts) has two landings - one near the ground and one at the top of the staircase. Both are rusting and need replacing with a similar profile material - galvanised steel with treads. I'm looking for someone to remove the current landings, tidy things up to prevent further rust, and to provide and install new landings.

"Tricky job removing and replacing heavily rusted steel platforms at height with necessary repairs and galvanising. Photos show the stages - all done very well and to a high standard."
