Small Hand rail to be made and installed outside

I have two concrete steps out the back door which are big and pose a falling risk. Need a small hand rail constructed and attached to the concrete side of the steps, one side only. I have the timber already. One piece 2730mm the other 685mm (could possibly be the top rail if long enough).

Timber needs to be cut, and tops of posts angled to fit the top railing piece. Drilled into concrete.
