Replacing gavanised steel landings on external staircase

The emergency exit staircase at NZME House (corner of Dalton & Dickens Sts) has two landings - one near the ground and one at the top of the staircase. Both are rusting and need replacing with a similar profile material - galvanised steel with treads. I'm looking for someone to remove the current landings, tidy things up to prevent further rust, and to provide and install new landings.

Small Hand rail to be made and installed outside

I have two concrete steps out the back door which are big and pose a falling risk. Need a small hand rail constructed and attached to the concrete side of the steps, one side only. I have the timber already. One piece 2730mm the other 685mm (could possibly be the top rail if long enough). Timber needs to be cut, and tops of posts angled to fit the top railing piece. Drilled into concrete.

Casement Stays for Cleaning Up

Hi there, i have about 11 window casement stays and their fixings that id like to get cleaned up so i can re-fit them after the windows have been freshly painted. They are tarnished and some have paint on them. Wondering if sand blasting them is an option to revitalise them. Can anyone help me? Many thanks Pippa
