Custom slim metal floating shelf

Im wanting a custom slim metal/steel floating shelf in my kitchen. It will be approx 3000mm wide by 400/450mm deep. It will need to be fixed to a standard gibbed wall with an (existing) tiled splash back below. I would like it to be in a brushed brass finish or powder coated to match my cabinetry- which is a Resene colour- forrest green. There is a range hood in the middle- see photos. One photo shows the space as it is now, the second shows a rough sketch of what I would like, and the third is my inspiration.
