Aluminum joinery repairs

I need some aluminum joinery repairs: 1. The rollers on an internal sliding door have gone. 2. I need the stays on a window replaced. There are currently 2 different stays on the window that causes it to flex. The glass in the window smashed due to the window flexing. The widow concerned is currently boarded up so it will be easy to identify. The glazier recommended new stays before the glass is replaced. 3. Whilst you're there could you also look at the back door which has I think has slumped on it's hinges causing it to catch on the floor. You'll see it's a pretty 'odd' aluminum door so maybe you can't do anything with it, but I'd appreciate you looking at it If it helps at all, the joinery is that early single glazed aluminum and would be 20/25 years+ old. The property is tenanted so there would be a need to liaise with the tenant to arrange a time for access. Monday's are good as she does not work on Monday's
