Metal folder

Need a folder built to be able to fold a 20mm edge at 45 degree 700 long of 2.5mm stainless. I currently have a normal finger folder that can fold mild steel 1200 long 1.5mm thick but not strong enough to fold 2.5mm stainless.can either build a new one or modify the 1 I have.price will depend on the engineer as to modify or build new I'm open to all options and ideas.disregard the price that is set
