Weld the base of a steel bike rack to a small piece of box section steel that can then be inserted into the slot of a removable towbar. A hole will also need to be drilled in the box section to allow the removable towbar pin to be inserted (the removable towbar can be supplied as a pattern) . A piece of box section steel would also need to be supplied, which may be additional to the expected cost range below.
