Metal balustrade for inside stairs

I need a metal balustrade built to replace partial existing wooden extending out beyond existing end to the edge of the first step going down, plus new section where there's none on the other side of stairs going down(as in photo). Similar to sample photo from internet. ASAP as have young grandchildren visit regularly.
