Interesting small project. As per the photo's below we want to build a new hearth for our gas fireplace. We will purchase a piece of Caesarstone cut to the size that matches our kitchen bench top. Dimensions as shown. The key task is to acquire the brassed brass faceplate then adhere it to the front and two sides of the Caesarstone hearth. Will require mitre joints. Fitting will require the old metal bears to be ground flush and filled and new bears installed.
