Sublease your workshop #2

Hi We are a cabinetry company looking to sublease approx --- sq mtrs of a workshop work space. Happy to start on a 6 month agreement and then see what happens. Need to have the space dedicated to us so we can have storage and also use large saws and edge banders etc. We will also need 3 phase power for obvious reasons. We will also need to have the ability to load and unload timber. If you have the space, let me know the total monthly amount and the location and i'll be in touch really soon.
