Oven door handle welding

Hi, we are a restaurant located in the Wynyard Quarter by the viaduct harbour in Auckland CBD. We have an oven door handle which has come detached from the oven, but the opposite side is sealed shut, so there is no way to access it to reattach. We would like to weld the handle back to the oven door in order to fix the problem (see photos attached). If you could give us a quote on this job, I would greatly appreciate it. We are on annual closedown until the 30th of January, so if a site visit is required, we would have to schedule it at that time. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Ramy
