Two Story House Clean

Kia Ora, I have a property that I would like an external house clean/water-blast. It is a two story town house with one face (of the roof arch) being perhaps three stories high. The ground is flat around the house. As per the photos there are three sides to the house (fourth side is attached to the other house). Looking to just have the house washed not the decks. Hopefully the photos show what the cladding is. It's not a wooden weather board but perhaps a cement type board. Sorry not sure of the exact name for the cladding. Tenants will be happy to supply power if required. Water is easily accessible via external taps.
