Building wash/gutters cleaned

Hi. We are a Body Corporate, a block of 8 2 bedroom concrete block units in Lyall Bay. We are after a building wash in the next few months, plus ideally a gutter clean as this was last done 2 years ago. The buildings (2 -see photos) were repainted early last year and were given a complimentary wash early this year by the painting company. I am after, hopefully, a couple of quotes to compare. Although the buildings are 2 storied, access all around is flat. The last person to clean the gutters was a roofer who harnessed himself onto the middle ridge of the roof so he could access the gutters. Sandy residue tends to build up in the gutters as we are within 100 metres approximately of the sea. I realise that I am asking for two separate jobs to be done. These photos are current ones I have, taken after building was painted last year. Sincerely, Phil.
