House exterior wall and window wash

We're looking for a complete exterior wall and window wash. Our's is a 4 bedroom house, which is 2 stories high on one side. On the 2 story side we can provide access from inside to the wash the windows, but you will need the ability to reach from ground level to wash the second floor walls. The dirt is relatively superficial and does not have lots of old mold etc. The clean should be gentle to avoid taking paint off. Looking for a quality result at cost effective price.
