Clearing high gutters and maybe install gutterguard

There are 2 sides of the house that are really high off the ground that I can't clean, but I can see that they have debris in them that needs removing. I have noticed that the water in them also doesn't seem to roll in the right direction so they may need adjusting. I would also like some opinions on installing gutterguard to reduce the need for cleaning in the future. There are 2 gutters to do. The image that shows both is just a different angle showing the height.
