Deck to clean

Hello, Would like to have my deck cleaned including rails. The wood may not take to water blasting as well as you may think so if there is an alternative to remove mould that would be great. Also would like to have it re-stained if that's a service provided as well. Otherwise cleaning to remove mould only. Thanks!
