Looking for a reliable gutter cleaning service for a property consisting of: • Single-level duplex with a shared roof – primary focus for this job. This dwelling has downpipe leaf filters that will need clearing as part of the gutter clean. • Freestanding dwelling – less frequent but also requires cleaning this time. Access will require long ladders. Please provide a total quote for the job, but invoice the duplex and freestanding dwelling separately as this is a home and income property. Due to tenant privacy, I’m unable to provide photos at this time, but I’m happy to answer any questions or provide more details if needed. This will be ongoing work—ideally 3 to 4 times a year, mainly focused on the duplex due to nearby trees. If pricing is reasonable and work is done well, I’ll be looking to bring you back regularly.
