Pre-move house washing, gutters and (optional) windows.

Grandma is moving out. Please provide a quote for cleaning the exterior of her home, including the gutters. Itemise separately for exterior glass (if you do them). The house has three bedrooms, 126m2, built around 2000. Job needs doing before or on Fri 7 March. If we proceed, I'll pay the invoices on her behalf. Grandma is hard to reach, so I need 2-3 days' notice of your site visits to ensure she's expecting you and only between 9 am-4 pm on Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri. Otherwise, she won't open the door!
