Roof clean and installation of bird spikes

We have a steep high pitched roof on a new build house, which is attracting birds and now has bird dropping all over the (black) ridges. We are interested in having the roof cleaned but at the same time installing bird spikes along all the ridge lines. Large roof with three separate pavilions (approx 347m2 total).
