Hi I am looking for a quote for the following property 32B Gordon Road at Rotorua: To wash roof of house To clean out spouting and wash house exterior and path To wash rear deck To wash cobble drive Can you please advise cost and when you can start? Details from property manager inspection report: House needs a major wash down. There is extensive algae growth on the spouting and the spouting overflows in many places. This is evident in the green growth at the downpipe. End of deck is closed off with a piece of corrugated iron which is tacked on. Deck is very slippery and needs a wash down also. Pebbled path needs water blasting as the stones are slippery.
