Roof Gutter Cleaning and Roof Barge Board Repainting 2

Hi Builderscrack Handymen in Rotorua, We have a rental property in Pukehangi, Rotorua which is a 3 bedroom house. Can we please have a quote how much for: 1. Roof gutter cleaning, we want to make sure before winter kicks in and heavy rain pours, the gutters are free of clutters, dirt or any obstruction as the current tenant told us that water overflows while raining. So maintenace on this is necessary. The gutter looks dirty covered with moss, mould or dirt, see photo. We want it looking clean, presentable and loking ready for heavy rain downpour. Do you use moss or mould solution for this as well? We require photos before and after. 2. Also we would like a quote for the barge boards of house to be repainted as it started to peel off to prevent rotting in future. The paint color must be similar to what the original barge board color. See picture attached. Do you give free quotation as to how much this work can be done? Please email me when your ready.
