Cleaning exterior of House

I have a standard three bed house with a small overhang in parts. The house is weatherboard and painted. I am preparing my house for sale and need to the outside water blasted and cleaned so that all the mould and dirt is removed. The work will involve the weatherboard panels as well as the over hang at the rear of the property, some parts of the deck and the guttering the goes around the whole roof. The aim is to make the property look appealing to prospective buyers so am open to additional suggestions.
