House washing - Roof and windows need cleaning

Good afternoon. I have a two-storey house, and would like someone to wash the windows, gutters and roof of the second storey (leave the ground floor as it). I would also like someone to apply ripcord plus, after washing the windows - to the exterior surface of the second storey. A photo is attached. The property is a 4 bedroom house, and the windows are only on one side of the house.
