House and Unit Soft Wash and Deck Clean

Hi - I am looking for a business hat can help with preparing a house exterior for painting. I also have a timber pine deck surrounding a sleep out that has already had a clean but is unfinished and needs finishing. Mainly the railings - but would look to prepare this for staining. I have already purchased the stain. Due to the water restriction we have to use commercial resources. Will upload images soon.
