House wash and gutter cleaning

I need the exterior walls washed, light water blasting most likely. The gutters need cleaning and there is a bird nest in one section of the gutter which also needs to be removed.
The house is on a slight slope with mixed levels (access from a deck for one side, garage has no second level) so some walls and gutters will be easy and others not.
At the more difficult end, due to the slope, the height will be a little higher than 2 levels and that's also where the bird nest is.
