Roof cleaning and moss control

We have a 9 yr old single level house 271.1 sqm incl garage with a metal tile roof, roof area of 313sqm. Job request: Treatment of moss/mould on the roof. Application of preventative to stop/slow recurrence. There are some plants on the both sides of the driveway and west of the house that may need to be covered. Pics of the south side of the house and the garage are attached. Flat 1m wide footpaths, and 2 level pine/composite decks (one north, one west) on 3 sides of the house. Driveway outside house, pictured, has a 1:18 to 1:20 gradient.
