House, Roof and Fence Wash (2 houses)

We have a rental on Mahoe Street that needs the building etc washed. There are two houses on one section. Scope of work is for both houses. - Clear gutters - Wash roofs - Wash houses - Wet and forget (or similar) all wooden surfaces, decks, stairs, balustrades, fencing etc (no water blasting) The fence down the right side of the house is all wooden, but down the left is corrugated iron, so just the posts and rails need wet and forget on them and the corrugated iron can be washed. The footprint of the front 2-story house is approx. 85sqm and the back single-story 140 sqm. The section is approx. 40 meters front to back, and 17 meters side to side. Dimensions in photos.
