Washing roof of pergola

I have a Bowranda pergola and need someone to clean the roof. It is starting to get a bit of mould and I am not sure how to clean it as Bowranda have a specialised membrane and say not to use chemicals. It would be great if someone has had experience with cleaning a Bowranda, but not totally necessary if you have any ideas as to how to clean it. Picture attached. Thanks
