Clean Gutters

I need my gutters cleaned as it's too high for me to reach. 2 storey home, gutters are approx 5m from the ground. Also a small plastic cover has fallen off the air conditioning exterior pipe and birds are nesting in the eve, so hoping that can be repaired at the same time if a high reach ladder is used.

Property Maintenance - Fence Leaning, Building Wash and Gutters Clearing

1 storey, 3 bedrooms needing a house wash and gutters to be cleared please. The house eaves outside bathroom also look damp but might just be a wash and paint thing.
