Moss and lichen removal from common areas (mostly asphalt)

On behalf of the Castle Way Residents Association I am requesting a written quotation for the removal of lichen and moss from communal paths and roadway (mostly asphalt) associated with the address. There are 19 properties in the lane. Please note the quotation should NOT include costs for the removal of lichen and moss from any area of private property within the development. I recommend a site visit where the area can be inspected to become familiar with exactly what is required before a quotation is provided. It is also recommended that photos be taken and agreement reached before commencement of any work. The quote will be required to be discussed by the Castle Way Residents Association committee at their Annual General Meeting scheduled for 19 August 2019. Once a decision is reached a written response accept/decline will follow. It should be noted that this action may take a couple of weeks and it is requested that your quotation clearly outlines the validity term on the quote. Your quote should also outline what methods and chemicals you use in addition to the timeframe your operatives would need to carry out the work.
