House wash for multi level home and exterior windows cleaned

I have a multi-level home with good access and the main section flat-roofed (with a small section of gabled roof on the top-level above the master bedroom and bathroom). The house in total is 290 sqm. Black cedar with lots of glass. A few cobwebs - but in great condition. Wanting an annual house wash and exterior window clean afterward. Optional is a roof moss treatment. This isn't bad but I thought I'd get onto it and treat every couple of years. Happy for a site visit to inspect the work to be done.
