A range of property washing jobs

I need few things washed around the property with a different goal: 1) I need to repaint the garage wall (mortar) so needs to be washed to remove flaking paint without damaging mortar with too much pressure 2) The studio concrete pad and brick wall needs to be washed to remove moss, lichen etc on two sides, and some dirt on one side where I dug the trench before waterproofing that side 3) House needs to be washed without any damage to the paint 4) Fence made of decking timber needs to be washed so that I can re-apply decking oil on it, also with no damage to the boards. They need to end up being as bright as possible, so if there is a chemical treatment required, please suggest this during site visit You need to have your own water supply due to water restrictions in place.
