Clean tyre marks and oil marks of driveway

We have a new driveway, but some of the trades people have left tyre marks and what appears to be engine oil on the driveway. We need to get these cleaned off by some sort of chem wash procedure. There are also rusty manholes on the driveway, and we are hoping these can be chemical washed to take the rust off (not so important).
