Hedge removal - roots and all

Looking for a skilled digger operator with their own (small) digger. My neighbours and I would like the hedge between our properties removed, roots and all, so that we can build a new fence. The hedge is approximately 45 metres long and spans the entire north east boundary of my property and the other side runs along the back of two properties. The hedge is from 1.2 to 1.8 metres high. I’m thinking a small digger with appropriate attachment to pull hedge trees out of the ground? Removal and disposal of hedges off-site is a bonus as we don't need the mulch. There is also a stream that runs along the bottom of my property and with the same digger, I would also like some minor reshaping of the stream bank done and some large rocks placed within the stream to create a dam/water fall. Realistic about time frames, but if the hedge could be removed before Christmas, that would be a bonus :-) If not, then in the New Year is fine.
