Remove built-up debris to widen and deepen a drainage trench around part of the base of house to meet building requirements. Work involved - approx 6m long, 20cm deep and 20cm wide. Experience with a kanga hammer is necessary to carefully loosen soil and small rock . This is manual work as the space around the base is narrow at the back an underneath of the house but there is sufficient space to do the work. We see this as a two-person job. The trench will then need to be filled with pea gravel. Owner will arrange for a skip to remove the waste, and for delivery of pea gravel. Work to commence after 10 Nov.
