Soil Excavation Between Garage and Bank.

There is a gap between my garage (masonry block wall) and the bank at the edge of my property. Over the years soil and small rocks have fallen down and filled in the gap between the block wall and bank. It has filled up 2.5-3.0m deep. The gap is only 0.5-0.6m wide. The access is not good, so I am looking at options for how to remove all the soil/rocks. Manual labor using hand tools is one option (which I have already done some of). I will not lie, it was a shit job, and my motivation to do it has disappeared. So I am after a quote for someone else to do it. It would be best to come and look at it. I would estimate around 8-10m3 of material to be removed.
