Under house trenching

I need to create access under the house for plumbers and insulation. This would involve creating a trench between piles, say 500 high and 1000 wide, and about 8 meters long. The house sits on a ridge with the joists at the center of the house about 100-200mm off the ground, with the ground sloping down either way. In the picture, you can see a start has been made with the trench needing to go left to right. Material to be taken off-site. If it's feasible might want to do between the other rows of piles.
