I have an area of lawn i need grading/leveling ready for topsoil which I will do myself. Also an upper lawn needing the top 100mm taken off to prepare for topsoil. Should be enough capacity on site not to take any dirt away. its approximately 10m x 4m area and maybe 4 x 4 up top Back access would require a small width machine. Easy access
