Rugby post removal and installation

Hi, I've been asked to remove a set of existing posts and sleeves from a school in Cambridge, in preparation for installing our own posts. Looking for someone that has equipment for digging out concrete footings, possibly boring holes, as well mixing concrete. Happy to talk to contractors that can do part of this, in case I can't find one that can do it all. The work would be required to be done in late January, 2022.
