Stones Removal and New Lawn

Currently the property has an estimated 137m2 of of backyard covered in stones and pavers, with some trees. This runs along one side and part of the back of the section. Access to this is good, straight off the driveway with no current internal fences. There is a seperate section of around 50m2 of bark in the back corner of the property that is behind fences. Request is to remove and dispose of these stones and bark and replace with with rollout lawn whist keeping the fruit trees along the back fence. We are purchasing the property, at this stage access will be available from 13th August however earlier may be possible (and desirable).
