Deepening an existing well

First i apologise to anyone they may have answered a similar ad to this that was posted yesterday , i posted that under an old account that had my ex work address to it and i no longer have access to that email . New profile and new email account and still needing the job done . If you did reply please reply again thanks . I have an existing well that is a concrete pipe structure with an ID of 900mm and a current depth of approximately 4 metres below ground level. The well is reliant on the river level so has been dry for the past 6 weeks. Due to current and future expected low river levels I want to lower the well by 500 mm. Soil is sand.
